The Nameless Walking group is going to participate in The Walk with the Mayor on March 7th. We will be walking with Mayor Pam Iorio at Al Lopez Park in Tampa. The walk starts 7:30 AM. There is no fee to participate. We have 5 members signed up so far. You do have to sign a waiver form and send it in. If you are interested let me know and I send you the website to get the waiver form. I will have the printed copies of the waiver form with me on Saturday's walk. The Mayor is walking 4 miles, but is not competitive and you walk as far as you like. I don't know if they will have after race food or not. They are going to have health screening booths after the walk.

Deborah will be our Captain for the JDRF walk on April 18th at the St. Pete Times Forum. We hope to have a good turnout. Deborah has the Nameless Walking Group signed up for the walk. She will let us know how to sign up on the website. We hope to beat last years donation total of $1,000.00.

Gary will not be able to join Bob at the Gasparilla 5K on February 28th, in downtown Tampa. Tony will walking with Bob. Packet pick-up is at the Fitness Fair on Friday, February 27th at the Tampa Convention Center. The Fitness Fair is free and open to the public. I think the Fair opens at 10:00 AM on Friday morning.

I am entering the State Fair Cookie Baking Contest this year. I will be taking my cookies for judging on Saturday, February 14th. I will have some samples at our walk on Saturday for you to judge to see if they are winners.
